Service Description

A 60-minute class that focuses on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling-based martial art centered around submission holds, escapes, and control techniques. The class includes a combination of technique instruction, drilling, and live sparring (rolling) to develop skills in leverage, positioning, and joint manipulation.
