STRENGTH & SWEAT
A 45-minute class that blends dynamic weight training with high-intensity interval cardio (HIIT), providing a full-body workout that enhances both strength and cardiovascular endurance.

A 60-minute class using boxing bags and partner drills to practice traditional boxing Techniques. The class emphasises footwork, punching combinations, and defensive skills to develop both strength and precision
striking & sparring
A 60-minute class Our Striking & Sparring class is the next evolution in your combat sports journey. This dynamic session moves beyond static bag work, allowing you to apply techniques from our Boxing and Muay Thai classes in a controlled, live environment.
muay thai
60-minute classes dedicated to Muay Thai, a striking martial art known for its use of fists, elbows, knees, and kicks. These sessions focus on conditioning, power, and fluidity of movement through bag work and partner drills.
submission wrestling
A 60-minute class that focuses on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling-based martial art centered around submission holds, escapes, and control techniques. The class includes a combination of technique instruction, drilling, and live sparring (rolling) to develop skills in leverage, positioning, and joint manipulation.
KIDS KICKBOXING
A fun, engaging 45-minute boxing class tailored for children. This class introduces basic kickboxing techniques and promotes coordination, discipline, and physical fitness in a safe and encouraging environment.
